I just got a little apartment freezer and at BEST I can only freeze 2-liter PET bottles so I decided to electrify it with a homebrew 12V 8 amp power supply and a peltier cooler embedded in the top,

It takes a couple dyas to get down to 68 degrees using a Johnson A-19 controller, but fermenting 7-10 days, my ales' FG always end up 5 to 6 points lower in FG than I could achieve at ambient temp. The Ales are delicious with no esters . The cooler came from
